A Sweet & Sophisticated Dessert-Inspired Wedding

Every so often, a wedding concept comes along that is so unique and personal, it completely sparks our creativity. That was Macy and Zack's wedding. From our very first meeting, we were captivated by their vision: a celebration subtly inspired by the artistry and elegance of a French patisserie window. The challenge was to weave this sweet theme throughout their day in a way that felt sophisticated and artful, not literal. And we were so excited to bring it to life.

Designing a Delectable Dream

The entire design stemmed from Macy and Zack's love for beautiful desserts. Macy, a fellow wedding vendor herself, was a queen of details. She worked tirelessly to ensure every element was perfect, from the stationery to the color-coordinated ring boxes in shades of green and blue. This passion for intentional details set the stage for us to create something truly magical.

We carried the dessert-inspired aesthetic into the florals with playful, topiary-style arrangements for the head table. We designed them to look like little cakes and cookies, using single types of blooms, like a blue hydrangea, to create distinct, shapely forms. For the ceremony, we designed large, chunky floral pieces that staggered down the aisle, mimicking the look of beautifully crafted sweets without being obvious. The design was full of delightful surprises, including elegant bows tied to the candelabras, adding a final, charming touch.

A Champagne Tower Like No Other

One of the standout features was the champagne tower. We designed it to resemble a grand, vintage wedding cake—the kind you might see in a classic film. It became an incredible focal point and a fun, interactive moment for guests. This unique design was so well-received that it was even published in an online magazine, a testament to what can happen when a creative vision is brought to life with intention and heart.
